Instruction: Letting of vacant retail warehouse

Instructed by a private client we advised on marketing strategy of a 65,000 sq ft store that became vacant following the demise of Woolworths. From our market knowledge we identified strong tenant demand for this location and we recommended that our client sub-divide the store to provide a number of units.

A pre-letting was agreed to TK Maxx before any sub-division works to the unit were undertaken and subsequent lettings were completed to Next, Boots, Peacocks and Dreams.

Allied Carpets were also represented on this retail park and we advised the landlord on the re-letting of the premises to Poundstretcher.
